Then I tried from within Word and it failed with the "Reservation must be modified or cancelled through original booking source. I tried starting with a blank HTML to see if it allowed the redirection from my local HTML file to the site (worked). Have to look at the logging on the web site to see what the issue is. It appears that word is doing some type of redirection that the web site is not accepting - thinking it was a referral or something. If it were a firewall issue, I should get the firewall block page, not the booking companies website error page, so I don't think it's our firewall.Ĭan you take a screen shot of the hyperlink in word and the hypertext code behind it and post it? When I tried to click it, I got the same error page on the booking companies site. I even just tried to go directly to the hotel's website, clicked bookings, got the generic bookings page, copied that into the Word document. ![]()
